I’m a children’s author, writing fantastical tales with a large helping of humour.
I grew up in Newport, South Wales where, thanks to my local library, I developed a lifelong obsession with myth and magic. Now I live in the Welsh mountains with my husband and two cats, (who are disappointingly unmagical – as far as I know…)
When I’m not writing, I love traveling around, sharing my love of stories, and inspiring new readers and writers. I give talks to adults and children. Check out my events page for details. Contact me if you’d like a visit, and sign up to my newsletter to keep up with what’s happening.

Rwy’n awdur plant, sy’n ysgrifennu straeon ffantasi sy’n llawn hiwmor.
Cefais fy magu yng Nghasnewydd, De Cymru. Diolch i’m llyfrgell leol, teithiais ledled y byd, yn ôl i’r gorffennol ac ymlaen i’r dyfodol. Datblygais obsesiwn gydol oes gyda chwedlau a hud, ond rwy’n dal i feddwl mai Cymru yw’r lle gorau i fyw.
Nawr rwy’n byw yng nghanol mynyddoedd Cymru gyda fy ngŵr a’m dwy gath, sy’n siomedig o anhudolus, ond rwy’n eu caru beth bynnag.
Pan nad ydw i’n ysgrifennu, rwyf wrth fy modd yn ymweld ag ysgolion, llyfrgelloedd a gwyliau, gan rannu fy nghariad at straeon ac ysbrydoli darllenwyr ac awduron newydd.
